BetterHealth record can create, store, and execute “document templates”, filling it with patient data retrieved directly from the patient record.  The document can be stored in BetterHealth record, edited by another word processing program or stored in a separate place with a link to BetterHealth record. 

Transcription Interface

Similarly to the BetterHealth record internal word processor, BetterHealth record integrates directly with Microsoft Word^® passing it patient data and storing resulting documents in the Patient’s record.  This close integration allows your practice to streamline the transcription process with notes and reports stored directly into the BetterHealth record record.
